1.Damaged Products:

  • We will accept returns or exchanges for tiles that are received damaged. Damages must be reported to us within 7 days of the purchase date

2.Notification Process:

3.Verification Process:

  • Our team will verify the damage claim and may request supporting evidence such as photographs of the damaged tiles. Please retain the original packaging for inspection purposes.

4.Return Authorization:

  • Once your claim is verified, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the damaged tiles.

5.Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the tiles.

6.Refund or Exchange:

  • Upon receipt of the returned tiles, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. If approved, you may choose to receive a refund for the purchase price or exchange the tiles for a replacement product of equal value.

7.Non-Returnable Items:

  • Please note that custom or special-order tiles, as well as clearance or sale items, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged.


8.Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned tiles. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.
